As work progresses, access to the domain, Shopify and connected services will be required. Core accounts are created in the client’s name or transferred after completion. We send the instructions.

Once the project starts, we create a shared Telegram group. The specialists needed for that project join it: designer, developer, product specialist, ads or technical integrations — depending on the scope.

Communication, stage approvals, file handoff and store review all happen in one working chat.

The store and core accounts belong to the client.

Shopify, the domain, ads accounts and other key services are created in the client’s name whenever possible. Specialists receive the access level needed to do the work.

After completion the client receives the store, materials and access according to the selected plan and agreed scope.

Yes. We help choose a suitable payments setup and support configuration and connection.

Available options depend on:

• country of residence;
• country of business registration;
• whether a company exists;
• a bank account;
• the owner’s documents;
• the product category;
• the requirements of the chosen payment provider.

Shopify Payments, Stripe and other providers run their own review and decide whether to approve an account. Final approval cannot be guaranteed in advance. We still handle these cases and help connect payments for residents of any country, including sanctioned ones.

Yes. The owner’s location does not have to match the customer market. A Shopify store can target the US, UK, Europe and other countries.

Before launch we need to define:

• who the business will be registered to, or which operating model you will start with;
• which payment system will be used;
• where goods will ship from;
• how returns will work;
• which tax and customs requirements apply.

Depending on the country, documents and payment setup, work can be organised through an individual or a registered company abroad. We help with that as well.

Direct shipping from the CIS to the US is not viable for every category and is often expensive or too slow. Customs, returns, carrier limits and expected delivery times all matter.

• shipping from the CIS;
• manufacturing or sourcing in China;
• sending a batch to a US warehouse;
• a US 3PL or fulfillment center;
• working with a local supplier;
• dropshipping with direct shipment to the customer.

The right model is chosen after calculating cost, delivery times, returns and expected margin.

The product model depends on the goals and budget of the project.

Common options:

• your own product or manufacturing;
• purchasing from suppliers in China;
• working through an agent or sourcing company;
• holding stock in a US or EU warehouse;
• dropshipping from the supplier via intermediary sites (the usual starting model);
• print-on-demand;
• working with local suppliers on the target market.

Test launches often use dropshipping or a small batch. After demand is confirmed, you can move to your own brand, branded packaging and local warehousing.

Different formats are possible:

• one-product store — built around a single core product;
• niche store — products in one category;
• hybrid store — a hero product plus a supporting range;
• a full brand with its own product line.

Plans that include promotion cover the agreed work to prepare and launch ads or content. Specific results are not promised unless they are written into a separate contract.

If a full project cannot be shown because of confidentiality, we can share design screens, anonymised store fragments, the project category, target market, the scope of work completed, and result screenshots without personal data.
