Inquiries and nature of information
Information on this website is not an unconditional public offer. Sending an inquiry means a proposal to discuss a project and does not create an obligation to conclude a contract.
Submitting a form or messaging via a messenger is not acceptance and does not form a contract.
Packages, prices and scopes shown on the site are informational estimates.
Final scope, price, timeline and provider are fixed in an individual contract or confirmed written proposal.

Subject
Website materials, Global E-commerce / Shopify consulting, and individual Shopify store development or refinement.
The specific subject of each engagement is set in a confirmed proposal or contract.
Consultation
Site figures are guidance: 45 minutes, 50 USD. Exact parameters are confirmed individually.
Format (Zoom, Telegram or other) is agreed when scheduling.
Payment is not accepted on the site. A form submission is an inquiry — not a paid service and not acceptance.
Rescheduling, cancellation, refunds, lateness and no-shows, if payment happens off-site, are fixed in a confirmed proposal.
Shopify store work
Shopify store development is an individual service with a variable scope.
Scope follows the selected package (as guidance) and an agreed brief. Extra work is agreed separately.
Timelines start after payment (if any), materials and required access are received. Client delays in materials may change timelines.
Revision rounds must be stated expressly in the proposal or contract.
Licences, domains, apps, ads, themes and third-party services are paid under agreed terms.
The client is responsible for the legality of products, materials and data provided.
Rights in deliverables transfer only to the extent stated in the contract. Support terms are agreed separately.
Sales, profit and approval by third-party platforms are not guaranteed.
IP and confidentiality
Site materials belong to the OFFSTUDZENT brand owner unless stated otherwise.
Parties will treat commercial information shared while discussing a project as confidential within reasonable limits.
Shopify and other platform trademarks belong to their owners.
Liability and force majeure
Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Liability that cannot be excluded by law is not excluded.
Neither party is liable for failure caused by force majeure.
OFFSTUDZENT does not control Shopify, ads or payment platforms and does not guarantee their decisions.
Claims and term
Claims: studzentofficial@gmail.com. Parties will attempt to resolve disputes by negotiation.
